Add new color for "E" Icon for family files with no insurance.

Unnecessary work load to have to check all the patients that have an orange E that do not have Insurance. Can this "E" be removed to not have to check prior to each days work load?

Insurance eligibility should run on the first of each month and then weekly?

Insurance eligibility ran on 12/31/25. It is not scheduled to run again until 1/8/26. However, insurance plans usually renew on January 1st and so all of the patients scheduled show eligible, but some of their plan changed on 1/1/26.

insurance eligibility should be checked for today's appointments.

as insurance can become ineligible at the day of the appointment, there should be an option to running eligibility check on the appointment day. It is not enough to check eligibility 7 days ahead.
