Add additionl payment type options on insurance claims

This would allow office to add an electronic payment from Met Electronic or Aetna Electronic. This allows faster audit of payments posted as electronic payments can be a hassle.

Would like the option to "hide" accounts/claims by right clicking in "claims manager" after reviewing and following up on the claim. This would mirror how the collections manager currently works.

Claim Manager - ability to ignore pre-authorizations AND ability to "hide" claims that have been worked (like on the Collections Manager)

need to be able to filter OUT the pre-auths from 30/60/90+ claims and would love the ability to "hide" a claim that I've already worked on so my list continues to be the claims I still need to work on (like I can do in the Collections Manager)
