Chart Number Column in Claims Manager

Would like chart number to be a column option within the Claims Manager. We pull our insurance aging through a report that only shows the chart number for the patients vs their name. With this using the Dentrix Claims manager isn't able to be used...

EOB's And PRE-D's print as well as go to Doc. center after being processed through insurance.

It's one less step for us, if they go to the Doc. center and print at the same time. Also, the EOB can never be misplaced.

Customize date search in Claims Manager

Please add an option to search by specific date/s in the claims manager. It currently includes all recent claims in every search option. It would be helpful to exclude recent claims and only search for aged claims.

Create a process to resubmit claims without having to resubmit the attachments.

If we are sending bulk claims to one insurance company due to an error, we have to resubmit them individually along with any required attachments all over again. This process should be streamlined.

DELETED CLAIMS

there a few claims that were deleted and reprinted. there should be a way to pull up a report of what was submitted prior to deleting so that we can show insurance that we did submit them and this would be a way to fight insurance appeals
