Office journal auto-entry lines available

We have to enter the same information repeatedly in the office journal. Auto entry tabs would allow for us to more easily click the information necessary, saving time.

To be able to change the wording on the check in text

We like to send all check-in texts in the morning, but the text tells them to fill it out when they get to the parking lot. We would like it done asap so it is already entered on our end when they arrive.

Allow 'check-in' link via text/email days in advance

An office can gather and review new/existing patient forms and medical/dental history in advance rather than only the day of.

Online forms timeout is way too short!

If a patient steps away from filling out their form for a total of 3 minutes, the connection is dropped. It will still let them "submit" their form but it won't actually go anywhere. I've spent hours with support for someone to finally tell me thi...
