Can we please change the Font for hub 1 forms.

It is so difficult to tell if something is a 1, and L, or a lower case i with the font that is being used because the font doesn't have a dot at the top of the i.

Customize form responses format for printing

It would be useful for practices in Canada to change the format of the form responses prior to printing them from Dentrix Hub. The current format is a bit messy and unorganized (see screenshot attached).

ADD -WIDOW- TO "FAMILY STATUS" ASAP!!!!

Please add the word WIDOW to the Family's status bottom on the patient forms. There have been several patients upset that there isn't a button for that option and we would like for all of our patients to feel comfortable after a loss of their spouse!
