Multiple Prescriptions printing on 1 page

Waste of paper when each prescription has to be printed on its own page. Also risking the patient loosing multiple papers.

Questionnaire-Give option to have mobile phone be a required field.

Currently it defaults to home phone number without the ability to ask for mobile.

TO BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE A DELETED QUESTIONAIRE

After Importing the patient's online questionaire, it was deleted accidently within the questionaire tab. We should be able to retrieve deleted questionaires.

Consent for electronic statement via text on Forms

Can you give an option for patients to approve or deny receiving electronic statements with a link to pay their bill that automatically updates the family file, please?

Add on Dentrix Hub to let the patients sign the form for the practice to be able to have the Info without them having to print out the form.

Pre-populate online questionnaires

Questionnaire online access is not available. The patient receives a blank form even if they have a previous questionnaire. This is inconsistent for the patient. Suggestion: Create a secure link whereby the patient information stored in Dentrix is...
