Being able to download Hub 1 forms to specific folders in Docs center

It would be really useful if hub 1 users were able to specify where they wanted specific forms to be downloaded to in Doc Center. Currently everything goes to "patient information" and then we have to remember to go back and move them to their app...

Import Questionnaire Answers between versions

When we update a questionnaire to include more responses for patients it would be helpful to be able to import their responses to previous versions to reduce the time it takes to update their information

Consent for electronic statement via text on Forms

Can you give an option for patients to approve or deny receiving electronic statements with a link to pay their bill that automatically updates the family file, please?

ADD -WIDOW- TO "FAMILY STATUS" ASAP!!!!

Please add the word WIDOW to the Family's status bottom on the patient forms. There have been several patients upset that there isn't a button for that option and we would like for all of our patients to feel comfortable after a loss of their spouse!
