Add text billing option to transmit from VOIP integrated phone number.

For practices that have a payment portal, enable VOIP text integration to send outstanding balances to patients to pay via weblink in a text.

Not automatically attaching a referred provider to claim.

It is very tedious to remove referring provider to a claim when there is no provider ID to every single patient.

Close all pending claims from insurance with no assignment of benefits

make it so I can close all claims pending with an insurance company that pays the patient, so that it will not show up on my claims aging report.

Need more supported file types for attachments

When submitting e-claims we sometimes have to submit xrays received from other offices or specialists and these are often in .jpg or .pdf format. But only .txt and .rtf files are supported forcing us to mail the claims which slows things down.
