Patient Engage: Welcome Email delivery time
Have the ability to modify the time in which Welcome Emails send out to patients in Patient Engage. This has caused some frustration from patients receiving these welcome emails anywhere from 1am - 5am while they're sleeping.

Allow patients to be visible in HUB no matter their status, allowing office to maintain their policies
Hub currently only allows you to see scheduled active patients in dentrix appointment book. E central listed all patients and their status on the schedule. Would like to see Hub to do the same.

Demand Force Confirmation Update
Please make so that if a patient does not confirm their appointment, but still comes in, that when the appointment is set a complete in Dentrix it reflects the appointment was confirmed in Demand Force.

Campaign Email Proofs Should Have Working Links
Currently, Campaign Email Proofs do not contain working links. This causes users to send bulk emails with broken links. Email Proofs should accurately reflect exactly what the patient will receive.
