Patient Engage: Welcome Email delivery time
Have the ability to modify the time in which Welcome Emails send out to patients in Patient Engage. This has caused some frustration from patients receiving these welcome emails anywhere from 1am - 5am while they're sleeping.

Follow up on patient engage
There should be a hierarchy on the follow up text/email reminders. If a patient has a mobile number and an email address in their chart they will get both.

Allow patients to be visible in HUB no matter their status, allowing office to maintain their policies
Hub currently only allows you to see scheduled active patients in dentrix appointment book. E central listed all patients and their status on the schedule. Would like to see Hub to do the same.

Demand Force Confirmation Update
