Patient engage mobile should include patient's allergies and also preferred pharmacy phone #

As with DTX mobile, patient's info included drug allergies. When using PE mobile when out of office to handle emergencies this came in handy. Please include in update.

Import Questionnaire Answers between versions

When we update a questionnaire to include more responses for patients it would be helpful to be able to import their responses to previous versions to reduce the time it takes to update their information

Electronic signature in patient engage, signature pads are inconvenient.
