When posting payment or checkout patient option to email receipt as well as printing.

Most patients want an email receipt vs a printed receipt for visits and payments.

Add a report to show if a scheduled patient has not been billed

There should be a daily report where you can see if there are any patients who came in that do who do not have treatment code for that day
