Single Statements sent within a family

I would like to be able to send individual statements for members under one family. I want to be able to print one statement that the patient owes money and not when where the other patient may hold a credit.

Receipt notes formatting

It would be great if we could format receipt notes using larger fonts, making it bold and centering the message.

to show two separate same type of payments in one statement

Patient used two different visas to pay on the same date. But the statement only shows as one payment. I would like to have a future that it shows multiple separate payments.

Billing Statements not only for Guarantors rather for individuals too.

Useful to patients who have insurances that pay partially through insurance and themselves. Useful to patients who have benefits card given from the government and makes its easier for them to interpret what they are paying for.

The ability to check what email an e statement was sent to.

We should be able to check from the submission history what email a statement was sent to for verification, not only the family file which may not be indicative of where the statement went.
