Fix the verification of statements prior to printing

After G7.4 was installed when you verify statements before printing, the statements won't print. Please fix.

Dentrix should allow you to exclude one billing type when printing statements

You should be able to exclude bad debt to collections when printing statements without having to run statements twice. Once #1-8 and then again #10-#whatever.

Billing Statements not only for Guarantors rather for individuals too.

Useful to patients who have insurances that pay partially through insurance and themselves. Useful to patients who have benefits card given from the government and makes its easier for them to interpret what they are paying for.
