Add an option to print statements through electronic billing statements

I would like to print my own statements to mail AND email statements to our patients. I do not want to have my mailed statements sent to QuickBill. I would like to email and print them myself.

Fix issue of batched statements not saving to document center

In the past, batched statements saved to the document center. They haven't for a year now! The only time they will save is when you do a single statement. It is nice to refer back to. The documentation is needed if you send a patient to collections.

Bring Back QuickBill Submisson Detail Report

This report showed duplicate Statements, Processed Statements and USPS address Corrections. It is extremely helpful too see printout of last month's statements sent to compare to the ones being verified to be sent in the current month for past due...

G7.4 Electronic Claim screen

Love the new Electronic claim screen. It would be great that when you click on the ledger icon within that screen that it stays on the recent view (such as Ledger+History view) You have to change it every time.

Add Insurance Exclusion in Billing Statements
