amount due on tear off section of statement.

at the top of the page near the credit card information or amount being paid include the amount that is due. like with other bills with a tear off section have amount due line and then amount being paid.

TAX RECEIPTS!!!!

Printing a statement does not show a tally of the total amount for the year. We get many complaints that the statement is not a tax receipt.

Batch Billing - printing only selected statements

When viewing the statements, an option to select or deselect the statements to print would be helpful. I don't want to print all of the statements if I don't have to send out ALL of the statement.

Have "walkouts" print with the current patient, not the "head-of-household"

It's 2019...there is no "head of household" anymore....we all wear the pants! Have the option of keeping one of the parents names on the receipt for children.

Late charge should specify what family member it applies to, not head of household, on statements

It is confusing on statements when the system automatically names head of household for the late charge. Would like to be able to enter the patient name late charge is attached to, so the bill payer can relate to it.

Patient Name/Address/City/State/Zip to be moved to the right 1/4" - 3/8"

We could use a regular #9 security window envelope instead of having to order a special security window envelope that we are having a hard time finding anyone who can order and print our logo on them.

Skip billing families with zero estimated insurance
