Patient is already in database, should be able to pull information into patient, but not join as family, but not move patient

Edit phone numbers on continuing care report

Many people do not have home #'s. Most use mobiles #s and calls are made during the day when patients are not home. Please allow to modify or change the format the mobile instead.

Inactivate entire family at once

If a family moves, or all go to another dentist it would be easier to inactivate the whole family at once instead of individually

Unarchieve

When unarchiving patients, there are multiple places to check "Archived" to work with the chart. This is redundant and challenging to figure out without contacting customer service.

when entering ins update relation to status on family file

If status on family file is child, when entering ins info why can it not pull that relation to subscriber from family file status? why do we have to manually put it in and not quite sure why it defaults to spouse or other??

Merge patient file

Make it easy for us to merge duplicate patient files together. Patients can now book online and maky times they either spell the name wrong or simply use a nick name, or select themselves as a new patient. We used to be able to merge patient files...
