Categorize in Family File

In the family file/more information the patients should be color coded according to active, inactive, and non-patient status, so it would be easier to schedule for the appropriate patients.

Adjust Font Sizes in Patient Family Files, and Appointment Information.

The letters look like they're bleeding out, and attaching to other letters/numbers making it very difficult to read. We'd like to be able to make changes to the font, and sizing to see if that can potentially resolve our issues. Not sure why that'...

The ability to archive all patients that have not been seen since " customizable date"

This would be amazing to be able to purge your data base of patient that have not been seen in 3 or more years. It would save tons of admin time

Add new patient status as Terminated

We would like to have a new status added to the family file to let us know that a patient has been TERMINATED. We would like to decipher if the patient was let go due bad behavior etc.

Pop Up Per Insurance Policy

Customizable automatic pop-up options for patient accounts per insurance policy - if a preauth is required or there is a waiting period, etc. Would be added by checking a box in the benefits/coverage section.
