Larger text and Icon size

The text in the patient family file is too small and causes eye strain that turns into headaches. The Icons need to larger also.

Automatically Inactivate Patients

Add status of Deceased to Patient Stuts

It would be very helpful if we had more status choices other than Patient, Non-Patient, Inactive, and Archived. When a patient passes, this would be a much easier way to show a patient Deceased.

Look up patient by mobile, work, other phone number not working

When trying to look up a patient by mobile, work, other phone number it does not find the patient even though that number is listed for the patient in one of those fields.

Have more patient info like DOB available on the top once the patient file is opened

merging 2 same patient files into one file

we have multiple patients who have more than 1 file. We would like to be able to merge the 2 files together. Currently not able to do so within Dentrix.

Allow search by mobile/cell number

Most patients no longer have a landline. When you try to search for a patient, you can select home number, but not mobile. It would be a nice option so we can find patients even easier!

Inactivate entire family at once

If a family moves, or all go to another dentist it would be easier to inactivate the whole family at once instead of individually

Separate family files with open claims
