Add a field for patient's pharmacy, connected to e-prescribe, if possible.

Would eliminate having to enter pharmacy in multiple places. If it has its own field, could choose from already existing pharmacies entered into the system. Would streamline.

editing a city/town name

Instead of deleting a city that will affect all patients with that city, we should be able to edit and save as new or change permanently so all patients will be on the same page.

Remove patient's social security number from route slip

I do not think it is necessary to show the patient's social security number on the route slips since they can possibly be viewed by numerous people

MAKE A MISC. BOX IN THE PATIENT FILE WHERE YOU CAN ADD WHETHER A PT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY FD ABOUT CANCELLATION POLICY

This will be helpful when patients no call/no show or even call to cancel last minute and we need to charge them a fee (to keep track of patient we already gave a 1 time courtesy to etc)

add treatment plan button to family file

We need to access treatment plans quickly and efficiently per patient in each family. It is too slow to open up a ledger on a phone call and then get to the treatment plan. PLEASE add the button to the family file toolbar.

Demographic sheet

There should be a way to print a family demographic sheet from the family file and not have to add them to the schedule if they have no future appts.
