Required phone number
DemandForce only reads cell or textable numbers if they are in the mobile spot fo the Family File. The Questionnaire is set up to require home number and that is not customizable. If the cell number was required it would be more convenient for tra...

Family File: First Visit Date / Consent Date
When adding a patient to an existing Family File, it automatically populates the First Visit and Consent Signed date as that date the patient was added to the Family File. This is not helpful. I can count on one hand how many patients we have seen...

Edit Family Relations - Select Address
When using Edit Family Relations to combine two patients into one account, I would like the option to select which address to keep (or to keep both addresses). Or to have the old address save in a note somewhere.

Require date of birth when entering in a patient to family file
If the date of birth is not required in order to add a new patient, it is easy to overlook even with the pop-up warning. We need it for the active patient and the subscriber who is a "non-patient" otherwise we are not able to send claims.

Merge existing patients
I called Dentrix support today because I wanted to merge two single patients in my office who recently got married. Only to be told that this is not possible, However, the merge button exists when you click on Edit family relations.

zipcode
We need to enter canadian address with alpha-numeric zipcodes for our patients that live in Canada. We were able to do this on EasyDental version 12.2, but not on version 12.5 which we now have. HELP NOW PLEASE!
