time length of attachments

Most claims take 30 days to process, it would be nice to be able to see the attachments. 15 days isn't long enough, would like to be able to access the attachments for at least 45 days

Master set up for assignment of benefits

In claim set up have an option to set up all claims to pay to provider, only a manual option at this point.

Amazing capability with Delta Dental to have claims processed in 30 seconds to then collect from patient

Claim Count - Aging Report

While working my Aging Report, I was curious to see how many claims made up the report. When I contacted Dentrix support I was told this is not an option. This would be useful to have to when viewing number of claims vs the dollar amount outstanding.

In the "Enter Insurance Payment" the default goes to cheque payment rather than Electronic Payment even though 99% of payments come electronically, can you please change this default.

Change default to Electronic Payment from Cheque Payment in the Enter Insurance Payment tab. Thank you, Renee Bluekens

Please update the Dentrix Medical Claim form to the current form (1500) version dated 9/2019 which has 12 ICD-10 codes placements; therefore more procedures per Medical Claim
