enter srp dates in both 39a

the 2024 claim form allows us to provide required information. Dentrix has no way of entering the information! claims get denied with out that info.

Insurance Claim Aging Report with Detail

It would be extremely helpful if the ager report would print all the detail of the claim that is outstanding. There is so little room the way it currently prints you can't write any notes.

Add the date of last SRP to box 39A of 2024 claim form, not perio maintenance.

Delta Dental of MO requires the date of SRP, not D4910. The form clearly states, "Date Last SRP" Not date of any perio service.
