Default Provider for Exam codes

Whenever exam codes get put in we want it to automatically default the provider to the doctor without having to change it for every patient in the ledger Please we need this feature so claims wont get kicked back if we miss one that we didnt change

Claim Status Notes

Claim status notes are now "hidden" and we now have to double click to open and read notes. Please go back to automatically seeing notes without clicking to open the note section. So much easier to see the notes at a glance when you open the claim.

Authorization Approval/Denial ERA posting

It would be very helpful if pre-authorization ERAs (approvals or denials) could be posted electronically to the treatment plan through the eEOB/ERA system, similar to how payments are entered, rather than having to enter them manually.

When calling insurance companies about a claim and discussing supporting information, they ask us for an attachment number. Without it being somewhere easy to see or accessible, it is harder to resolve issues
