Email options instead of print

Email anything: statement, walkout, treatment planner, etc. Have this ability without going to the document center.

Patient arrival alert

We would like a better way to view when a patient arrives. Currently we change the appointment status color, but this is often overlooked. It would be great to have the appointment start flashing.

Secondary itrans preauths not working

It has been over a year since secondary preauths have not been able to be sent with itrans. I have called about this issue several times and I am told the only thing I can do is submit a complaint. It worked before version 23 from what I understan...

Option to print statement for one family member

Option to print out a statement for just one family member's patient balance. Currently, it prints out the head of household with total family balance.
