Referral Note section larger

It would be helpful to have more room to write referral notes on the Referral Sip in "Additional Notes" section. Currently it only allows 500 should be up to 1000.

Option to print statement for one family member

Option to print out a statement for just one family member's patient balance. Currently, it prints out the head of household with total family balance.

Down payment "hold"

Be able to put a "hold" on a down payment amount. Which means they will show up on an aging report (currently they would show as a credit balance). Filtering for >$1 doesn't help enough.
