Simple tax receipt for the Canadian patients

The tax receipt is a billing statement and includes all insurance payments which are not needed, is too confusing for patients when we tell them that is a tax receipt for the year, all it needs is only the patient payments for the year

Color code appointment by treatment type

Option to use color coded appointment by types of treatment, not by provider (option during setup). So RCT can be yellow, fillings can be blue, etc.
