In Practice SetUp/Custom Notes, allow templates for PATIENT ALERT to preset " This patient alert should be displayed in the following areas". So to prevent needing to select displayed area for each alert.

issue is claims are being sent to batch but not actually sent to insurance companies, claims are created right but the insurance claims are not showing up on insurance claims to process report.
This would help, my office to get a report for patients that have insurance and the claim is still pending on the batch waiting to get sent to insurance.

Write into the program the ability to print out all the patients ledgers or just patients with balances. This helps when you are looking at individual providers patients and their balances. It should be an option.
