Audit trail report for who deletes events

It would be nice to have an audit trail report to show who deletes and adds events.

Audit log of all things done in Dentrix for management and training purposes.

date range in the archived patient list

It would be helpful to know how much revenue is generated by all members of a specific fee schedule. Right now all schedules are lumped together.
