Patient Balance Report

Adding a date range. As of now, we can see all patient balances from the start of the practice, however we bought the practice in 2018. Therefore, it would be nice to see our patient balances from specific date ranges.

Full Appointment Lists

Please allow changes or deletions to Patient Alerts to be tracked by an audit report

We have had patient alerts deleted or changed in error, and want to know how to train the person who did it. Usually we won't discover it until days later, and then either no one will admit they did it or they can't remember.

Make it to where you can adjust the font on Office Manager

The font in the Office Manager is entirely too small!!! We need to be able to adjust it. The inability of being able to change the font is worth changing software.

Need ability to generate patient bills by treatment date and not just Balance Forward date

I bought a dental practice and I am unable to generate A/R by treatment date. It just gives me an option to generate A/R(aging report) by Balance forward date which is very confusing to know which one is seller's A/R vs mine. Please
