Apply late charge parameters

When applying monthly late charges there is no field to specify minimum days overdue to select for the patient to be charged the late fee. Example: 30 days or 90 days overdue.

WHEN SENDING PT BILLS, MAKE SOME TYPE OF "OPTION" TO AVOID SENDING PATIENTS BILLS WHO HAVE INSURANCE

This will help to avoid patients feeling harassed when patients are waiting for an insurance check to come.

Search Features

Dentrix does not have search features throughout it's program that are user friendly especially for codes. Procedure code set-up is complicating and very time consuming again no feature to search easily as well.

A report that shows our actual office fees (UCR fees) that are sent to insurance vs our contracted fees from the ledger

This would be useful to actually see what we produced with our actual office fees vs our contracted fees that show in the ledger and our month-end reports. It is nice not seeing the large write-off amounts at the end of the month (or year), howeve...

Allow multicodes to be created with no time added to the appointment.

Currently a multicode is required to add time to an appointment when it gets attached to the appointment. Dentrix should allow multicodes to be created that don't add time.

Add other phone number column display options to Collections Manager. It currently offers Home Phone and Work Phone. Add Mobile Phone, Fax, and Other as options.

Add a date range for inactive patients

Hi there, please add a date range for the inactive patient list. That way we can monitor it monthly. Its great for comparison between new patients and inactive patients for the month.

Associate Day Sheet Reports

Associates should only be able to load their own day sheet totals to allow for more confidentiality in large practices. Currently if you change their user permissions then they can't load their own day sheet so it is not helpful.
