Suggest the ability to do audit trail on deleted Guarantor notes

This will help the practice to determine which staff deleted or made any changes to an important guarantor information on a Patient Legder.

Sort information in reports

It would benefit every user if report data could be custom sorted and filtered - there is no way to modify the report information, it can only be viewed by the default sort.
