Report to measure patient retention

Our office would like to measure our patient retention (how many patients continue to return to our office and more specifically to each provider).

Make bulk payments shown on the deposit slip itemized

For example; If there was a bulk insurance payment it should list all of the patients attached to that payment on the deposit slip.

Displayed Production and Day Sheet Match

It would be incredibly helpful if production numbers and the day sheet matched -- at least more closely. It's unclear where the production numbers are sourced. (Is it the actual appointment window? Continuing Care?)

Pull report on letters generated in Dentrix

For follow up to letters, delinquent and otherwise, sent to patients from dentrix. For Eg. It would be helpful to pull a report for a specific time frame of collection letters sent to patients.

Allow click through to family files, ledgers etc from report preview

Run any report and have active links to allow you to click on the patient to open the ledger, or family file. Huge time saver than having to open the separate module then search

charges compared to UCF for MTD and YTD
