Option to not put patient notes included with the Gnotes when running aging reports.

Many offices use patient notes for personal items and they are not relevant to patient accounts when running reports. This should be optional to include for aging reports.

We are looking to run a report at the end of the month that shows the patients name, date, adjustment and procedure code. this way we dont have to look into the patients chart to see what the procedure code was.
