Attach payments to individual procedure codes

Have all payments be applied to specific procedure codes to easily see what is outstanding and why.

Ability to add Tax ID to patient Ledgers

We have several patients that need our Tax ID on their ledgers, there is no way to add that or adjust the margins of the print to adjust for it.

The ability to check which user sent an insurance claim

If there was an ability to see who the user was who sent the claim, then they could be asked directly about the collection/not collection of funds when an insurance rejects a claim through EDI.
