A list of individual patients that have Credit Balances .

There is not a way to print a list of individual patients that have Credit Balances on their Accounts. Not credit Family Balances, but individual Ledger balances.

I would like to have the ability to put an account note directly on the ledger. Example: note regarding patient balance and/or payment arrangement.

add tooth # to statement

Please add the tooth # to the patients' statements. It is ridiculous that we can't add that to the statement! Only way possible is to print a statement and a ledger or print it then write it on there.

Remove Insurance Estimate on the ledger

Dentrix should be able to provide us the option to remove the section from "expected from dental insurance" because some practices do not add insurance information and each policy is unique.

We want a refund, then a lesser fee moving forward. Bills are sent without the blue coloring and also without return envelopes for the patient. Patients have been complaining about no return envelopes. Please discount the billing fees to our office. Henry Schein is saving by using the non colored print and no envelopes. We a refund from May 1st, then a discount for the billing fee.
