Why, to update ledger correctly and avoid adjustments of any kind. Some times the provider calls in sick or a specialist is performing the treatment.

Credits staying with correct patient on family account

Dentrix will take a credit from one family member and use for another member that comes in afterwards. Can we have the option to use or not use it for the other members on the account? Maybe some type of option to check on the ledger?

Having tax automated on the patient portion only across the system for all patients
