credit on acct color dedication (belonging to Patient or insurance)

It would be nice that the credit on the acct had a color to specify if pt or insurance credit.

No warning for attachments on claim submission if pre-authorization completed

It would be great that if we have sent a pre-authorization with attachments and the procedure was approved the warning when sending claims would go away or we would be notified that we had already sent attachments to the insurance.

Month End Close

You should have a selection drop down of which month you want to close - Jan, Feb, etc...not some convoluted 1, 2, 3 do some weird math count back.

Ability to differentiate anterior tooth #'s from posterior for different pricing

For example: Anterior crown $2500, Posterior crown $2200. Would like the software to be able to discern correct pricing based upon the tooth #.

Accounts with Payment Arrangments

Allow account feature to be added to no statement, no financial charges and no 90 day account past due. These accounts are showing up in our aging report and make our % of overdue accounts especially 90 plus days inaccurate.

Quick Key for Adjustments

Add a quick key to enter an adjustment on a patients ledger. For example you can use F2 to search for a different patient. Why not use F3 to make an adjustment
