default providers for certain codes

Can we please have the ability to assign a default provider to a particular dental code so we don't have to go to the ledger and do it manually EVERY appt?

Stop changing codes for additional teeth!

Every time I post a patient out for tissue grafting, the codes are changed when they should not be. For instance, D4273 and D4275 in the same quadrant should both be first tooth.
