Remove the need to choose credit or debit when entering an adjustment before adding the amount.

Tabs for multiple patients in ledger/family file

The users would like to have the ability to have multiple patient records open at the time same time, specifically in the ledger or family file so that they can tab back and forth and multi-task.

LESS CLICKING!

Less clicking in Dentrix!!! Let's face it everywhere has too much of it but for example : When adding a "rescheduled appointment" procedure to the ledger you have to click about 8 times to add and post the procedure THEN have to click back into it...

attaching EOB's to statement sent through quick bill

Sometimes it is necessary to print off the EOB to send to the patients along with their statement. This way it saves time rather than printing it and sending through the mail
