An option to "Hide" Transfer Balance Credits/Debits

Add a separate VIEW OPTION in the Ledger to be able to see the procedures with charges, Insurance and patient payments made for those procedures and balance remaining in separate column rather than view chronologically.

This would really be helpful for non-billing staff to understand at a glance where balances are coming from. If there was a separate view option that they could flip to to be able to see why a patient owes, rather than looking at the ledger as an ...

Individual Statement

Allow to make individual statements instead of been for the whole family. Sometimes insurances take too long to pay for the whole family and if one of the members have a balance I want to send a statement.

Do not allow payment and adjustment to be more than 100% of charge

currently you can post a payment and adjustment for any amount. sometimes double adjustments are posted in error. Dentrix should not allow you to post payments and adjustments on claims that total more than 100% of the billed amount. This should c...

we should be able to seperate a family account even if they have balances .

when a family has split or kids are still living at home but are responsible for own account. or when divorce happens. so many variables. we should be able to put them on there own account even with balances. .

When printing a patients ledger, remove internal adjustments for allocation/credit/debit from showing. Confuses patients.

When patients want a printed ledger for end of year of for their hsa, I would like it to print without the internal adjustments for allocation/credit/debit showing on it. It confuses the pt and makes us look shady.

Ledger+History view only, never just Ledger

It would be lovely if the Ledger view was always and forever the Ledger+History view only and never just Ledger. I cannot think of a purpose to ever have the --- Patient Balance Forward --- view.
