Automatic resending of invoices

Dentrix should allow for invoices to be automatically resent multiple times within 30, 60 or 90 days (i.e. a reminder text to the patient should be sent weekly or monthly within that time frame). Currently it seems the invoice is sent once.

Unlimited Number of Ledgers

It would be great if Dentrix developed the ability to have an unlimited number of ledgers open (like Eaglesoft). This helps when posting insurance payments & taking calls. I wouldn't have to close out of the current ledger to discuss the ledge...

Provider Code Default for a Procedure

It would save us a lot of time and be much more accurate if a certain procedure code could have a default provider assigned to it. To prevent us from having to manually open every ledger and change it every time.
