Ledger+History view only, never just Ledger

It would be lovely if the Ledger view was always and forever the Ledger+History view only and never just Ledger. I cannot think of a purpose to ever have the --- Patient Balance Forward --- view.

The ability to check which user sent an insurance claim

If there was an ability to see who the user was who sent the claim, then they could be asked directly about the collection/not collection of funds when an insurance rejects a claim through EDI.

Delete old providers on drop down when making payments

Please make it available to us to delete old providers from the drop down box when adding a payment to the ledger. I have several old providers that show up there and would love it if I only had a few to pick from. Thank you for your time.
