Add additional filtes for the ledger page

When auditing an account, the filter to show linked transactions is great. I would be awesometo have additional filters to view only adjustments, only pmts, only charges and also only invalidated items.

Statements- Now on bottom is prior balance, current charges new balance , Should also add outstanding ins. and amount due of at least the prior balance.

Patients get confused with these billing statements, there is not an amount due clearly on the statement. Definitely need this to eliminate many phone calls and confusion.

When sending an individual statement from ledger, add option to change the date you want to start statement from, its available for patient transaction print but not statements

There are many times someone wants a statement for a certain date start/end, would be more convenient, the ledger transactions print outs are not a statement.

Add the ability to read the ledger notes to people without granting them adjustment permissions.

There is no ability for people without adjustment rights to read the notes being left on the ledger. This inability to read notes renders them useless.
