Automated reminders within Quick Bill Premium

Automated statement reminders within QuickBill Premium would be helpful so the statement doesn't remain in a stagnant "delivered" status until the next billing cycle. This would help reduce aging balances.

Have the option to either remove the future appointments on the bottom of the walk out statement or only print out the actual patient's future appointment.

As previously requested, be able to use a date range in the patient ledger.

This is increasing asked for by patients due with FSA/HSA accounts as well, pts need for tax purposes.
