Electronic Submission of Statements - Ask if ready to print

PLEASE ADD A BOX THAT ASKS IF WE ARE SURE WE WANT TO PRINT!!! If you hit 'Enter' at any point and time - Statements get electronically sent! Wasn't trying to do this! BIG ISSUE when statements are sent before we are ready!

It would be highly beneficial and would streamline our workflow if the copay entry field could be configured to allow allocation by provider (e.g., cleaning and recall), rather than requiring the copay amounts to be entered as separate transactions.

a way to add a late charge on unpaid invoices after 90 days

DEntrix should offer a way for a late charge to be automatically added to every invoice that remains unpaid past 90 days. (as long as you have signed payment terms agreements signed beforehand)

Would be super helpful to be able to add a procedure to the ledger and add notes at the same time before posting. Currently we have to enter procedure, then post, then reopen to add notes.
