Remove Lab Setup

We currently cant clean up our lab setup systems due to lab that has had any work associated with it. So we have a ton of labs that we no longer use , but we cant delete because of this feature.

linking lab case manager to appointments so that it will finish it in lab case manager when the appointment is completed

Everyone will benefit from this option; lab case manager will be kept up to date as the cases will be finished when the delivery appointment in dentrix is completed; you will only have to go in and archive it

Be able to delete old labs setups for your system

Because we have labs that we do not use anymore, and other lab that we do use. we need to be able to replace them and remove the ones we dont use.
