Health History Medications

When inactivating or deleting medical conditions, allergies, or medications, do not go back to the top of the list when OK is clicked. This would save much time when correcting multiple items.

Medical History

It would be awesome to be able to print out the patient's existing medical history to go over at their appointment. Maybe like a day sheet, route slip, etc.

Health history should be automatically imported into patient record from portal entries.

There should not be an additional task for staff to upload patient's portal responses. It should be auto populated to the patient's record.

down load a Medication list directly to Health alerts.

It would be very helpful when a patient hands us an update med list that we are able to scan into document center then to the patients medical alerts.

Medication list needs to allow more characters when entering them into the Health History.

A lot of medications are quite lengthy & require more space to enter them.

Alerts for updating Medical Histories/Patient Information inside Questionnaires

Need a function to alert staff when medical histories/questionnaires need to be updated, depending on what threshold we set (1 year, 3 years, etc.).

Add multiple physicians to health history

Would be nice to add multiple physicians to a patient's health history. The patient may have a pcp and a cardiologist, but we have can only put one doctor.
