Pop and/or alert for Health History Questionnaire forms

When the form expires, it would be good to alert the users so they can know to update the form or ask the Front office to do so.

Being able to notate what Med is for when being setup.

When you setup a new medication it does not give the option to attach what it is for. You have to put the note under each individual patient.

Medication integration with health history

When a patient fills out a medical history questionaire, it would save a lot of chair time if the medications would transfer to the Health history area of the chart without having to add them manually. In the same way that the medical conditions do.

Health history should be automatically imported into patient record from portal entries.

There should not be an additional task for staff to upload patient's portal responses. It should be auto populated to the patient's record.
