Allow multiple medication selections to be inactivated

Please! Allow us to select multiple medications at a time to inactivate. Cleaning up duplicates or incorrect meds is so time consuming because the entire list has to repopulate after inactivating a single medication.

Allow Spanish paperwork to translate into the English version.

We have so many Spanish speaking patients that come in here. They have a hard time reading and writing in Spanish. It would be so great if yall came up with a way to have the Spanish form to be converted into English after they complete it.

Can there not be a prefilled list with drugs? Since we now have the option to have a list of medications the patient is on already? Instead of having to create our own and possibly putting incorrect information in?

Have pt's emergency contact, physician, and pharmacy link to your questionnaire.

It's a double entry for our practice. We've created the field on our HH questionnaire, but it does not transfer the data. into the main screen of the pt's HH.
